Haskap Popsicle

Popsicle aux camerises
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup haskaps
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup 
  • 1 c. ground chia seed (Optional)
PREPARATION:
  1. Cut the haskap into pieces
  2. Add all the ingredients
  3. Stir and drop into popsicle molds
  4. Put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
