Ingredients:
Crisps:
- 1 1/4 cups quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 6c. melted butter
Filling:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups frozen haskaps
- 1 cup apples peeled and cut into small pieces (2 apples)
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients
- Add the butter and mix until the mixture is moistened.
- Put the apples and haskaps in a bowl
- Add butter, lemon juice, maple syrup, cornstarch and mix well
- Divide into 6 ramekins, cover with filling and bake for 45 minutes or until crisp is golden brown
