Leek and white spruce vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is the all-purpose product of Épicéa. Great in legume salads, perfect for marinade. The leek, whose aromas are between onion and asparagus, mixed with the white spruce twig, give this vinaigrette delectable spicy flavors.

Tasty with a pan-fried trout fillet.
