Haskap, apple and maple butter
Made from gently cooked haskaps and apples, it is topped with unsalted churned butter, maple syrup, a touch of lemon-lime and boreal spices. This butter combines the complexity of haskap and the sweetness of apple.
It is used with cottage cheese toast, pancakes and croissants. Goes very well with fruity desserts, becomes a coulis to accompany a cake as well as soft cheeses and for healthy snacks.
